Its most important roles include planning and design, where it analyzes specifications and develops appropriate engineering and architectural plans for each project. It also manages projects comprehensively, starting from hiring workers and securing the necessary materials and equipment, all the way to coordinating between teams and managing timelines and financial budgets.

In addition, our companies supervise the implementation process and ensure quality, where they monitor the quality of work and compliance with the specified standards and specifications, in addition to taking quality control and safety measures at the work site. It contracts with suppliers of materials, equipment and subcontractors, and negotiates and signs the necessary contracts to implement the project.
